What is this?
We're back on the West Shore this week, and can enjoy a scenic ride out toward Mt. Holly Springs and Boiling Springs followed by lunch at a new-to-Silver Spokes restaurant, Dalicia.

Start time: 9:00 a.m.

Start location: Mechanicsburg municipal parking lot. Use 2 W. Strawberry Alley, Mechanicsburg as an address, although the parking lot is just a tad to the west of the old train station museum. There are no restrooms available there.

Route: 32 miles of mostly gentle terrain with a couple optional hills. https://ridewithgps.com/routes/39711658 Please print or download this route in case we need to split the ride into 2 groups. There is a rest stop at South Middleton Park at about mile 15 where restrooms and water are available.

Pace: 12-13 mph

I will cancel the ride by 7:30 a.m. if necessary, but we can still meet for lunch at 12:30 p.m.

Leader: Marilyn Chastek 717-798-4537 mchastek2009@gmail.com

Lunch afterwards at Dalicia Bakery and Cafe where you can choose from indoor or outdoor seating. Dalicia offers a wide variety of sandwiches, salads, crepes and more with a Mediterranean twist. http://daliciabakery.com/ Their desserts will amaze you! They do have a small parking lot out back plus limited on-street parking, but I recommend biking or walking the 2 blocks between the parking lot and the restaurant.
