Registration for the 1000 Islands trip, May 23 to 26th, will open on Januay 1, 2024
To complete your registration, first go to the Harrisburg Bicycle Club web site and register by clicking on the event calendar, then the event on May 23, then the REGISTER button, or click the button below.
2024 HBC Thousand Islands - 5/23/2024
After you have registered with HBC, call the Holiday Inn Express in Gananoque, Ontario, Canada,613-382-8338and reserve your room, asking for the group rate for the Harrisburg Bicycle Club. DO NOT reserve your room at the general Holiday Inn Express reservation center; you will not get the reduced rate.
Please realize that we have 25 rooms held for us:4 single King bedroomsand 21 double Queen bedrooms. We cannot guarantee additional rooms after these are taken. Register early to assure your space.
The room cost is $199.99 Canadian per evening; at the current exchange rate, that is $126. A 17% room tax is added by the Canadian government.
Be sure that your passport will have at least six months beyond the event dates before expiry. If not, renew it NOW; it takes a while to renew your passport.
