The Borough of Carlisle is applying for a Bicycle Friendly award. Carlisle currently has the most bike lanes and shared lane markings of any Cumberland County community and they have made a commitment to follow Complete Streets guidelines to make the community more walkable and bikeable. As part of the process, bike riders and community members who are familiar with Carlisle and its efforts to be more bike friendly are asked to complete this survey by Sept. 22.
