Carlisle U Haul / Planet Fitness (Old K-Mart) : 10:00 AM. Ride Classification: C+ Experienced - For the experienced group cyclist. Flat to hilly terrain. Average speed 13-15 mph, with distances typically 20-45 miles. One brief stop midway in ride and when necessary. No rider is dropped.
