The 11th Annual PA Hope Ride Against Cancer will be based Lancaster County, to start and finish located at the Donegal Insurance Group Corporate Center on 1205 River Road in Marietta, Pa.  

The event will include routes of various lengths including the Hope Lodge Challenge to accommodate riders of all skill levels.
