Tues. June 9 and Wed. June 10 Check in between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.  
There will be informal socials in the afternoons and evenings on our decks. 

Thursday, June 11
Check in between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Please contact Susan Tussey (814-836-8141) with questions. Don’t forget to bring a $25 per person check (deposit) for your room key.

9:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm We need ride leaders for organized rides. Contact Phyllis to volunteer. 
6:15 p.m. SHORT, EASY ORIENTATION RIDE LED BY MARILYN CHASTEK.
7:45 - 9:00 p.m. WELCOME RECEPTION MEETING IN GEARAN CENTER LOBBY WITH CATERED DESSERTS & LIGHT SNACKS
 
Afternoon - Evening  Social time on the decks around our Townhouses. Light snacks
(starting @ 4 p.m.) provided. Bring your own beverage. BRING YOUR OWN CHAIR 
for outdoor seating.

Friday, June 12
7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. “All You Can Eat” hot breakfast in Dining hall (Scandling Campus Center), about an 8 minute walk from the O’Dell’s Townhouses.  There is also plenty of parking available. Biking to breakfast is easy.
7:45 a.m. Brief meeting during breakfast to discuss plans for the day. Rides will be posted on a whiteboard for reference.

8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Rides leave from O’Dell’s parking lot; times may be adjusted by leaders.
Afternoon - Evening  Social time on the decks around Townhouses - Ice Cream Social
(starting @ 4 p.m.) 7:30 - 9:00 p.m.  Light snacks provided. Bring your own
Beverage and YOUR OWN CHAIR for outdoor seating.

Saturday, June 13

(starting @ 4 p.m.) Party 7:30 - 9:00 p.m. Light snacks provided. Bring your own beverage & drinks to share with others. BRING YOUR OWN CHAIR for outdoor seating.

Sunday, June 14

7:45 a.m. Brief meeting during breakfast to discuss plans for the day. Rides will be posted on a whiteboard for reference.

8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Morning rides leave from O’Dell’s parking lot.
8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon Check-out. You must check out by NOON. 
Earlier (NOT later) check-out arrangements can be made with Phyllis.
