Leaving from 5 Bridges Fitness, Oakhurst Blvd. at 10:00 am, this week's Friday Lunch Ride will go to Sophia's in Walden, one of our favorite spots. This is the flattest of our Lunch rudes; appropriate for early in riding season. 12 - 14 mph pace; no one dropped.
