About this event
24th Annual French Creek Iron Tour When you ride in the French Creek Iron Tour, you have a direct impact on the preservation of the countryside that surrounds you.
Since 1967, French & Pickering Creeks Conservation Trust has protected more than 13,700 acres and created greenways and trails along the two creeks. Historically important lands are included in those 13,700 acres. Ride through scenic northern Chester County, PA!
The Iron Tour has distance options of 11, 20, 32, 50, 62, 75, and 100 miles for road courses, and two gravel courses – the Petite Gravel (60 miles) and the Grande Gravel (80 miles) with approximately 30% on gravel.
There’s something for every type of rider, from a short ride through breathtaking countryside, to a century route, or to a grueling gravel challenge! Registration includes breakfast before the ride, snacks and refreshments at various rest stops throughout the ride, and post-ride lunch, local brews and drinks, and live entertainment. We’ll also have nearly 100 volunteers stationed throughout the fairgrounds, rest stops, and in roving SAG vehicles to help cyclists throughout the ride. Discounts are available for groups of 10 or more.
