Garry is planning to have a Spinning class on Wednesday morning for those who don't like riding outdoors in 40-ish degree temperatures, but I'm being optimistic that the weather for riding outdoors on Wednesday will be ok. If not, I'll cancel by 8:30 a.m. so we can still get to Garry's class. He'll be sending details shortly.



So, this week you have a choice; ride outside with me or inside with Garry.



Departure time: 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 4

Departure place: Mechanicsburg Giant, 5301 Simpson Ferry Road, Mechanicsburg Park in the rear of the lot. Restrooms are available in the front of the store.

Route: We'll do an easy 26 mile ride over gentle terrain with a rest stop in Boiling Springs. https://ridewithgps.com/routes/18643106

Pace: C Pace 11-13 mph

Optional lunch afterwards at Giuseppe's Pizza Cantina, 600 E. Simpson St., a very short distance from the Giant.
