It’s going to be a beautiful day… Meet at the Falmouth Boat launch 9:45 .. ready to roll out at 10 AM.
28 miles at 10 1/2 to 11 1/2 MPH. You can make the ride shorter by meeting at the Bainbridge parking lot (10:15 )helmets are required, always a good idea to bring an extra tube, hydration, lunch or snack. There is a café for food across from the visitor center ( we will take a 30 minute break ). We will take a break at River Park and do our extra 2 mile loops, which are optional. Rest stops, and brakes as needed.
