Let’s end the month with a 30 mile ride from Falmouth to Columbia on the Northwest Lancaster River Trail. This is a beautiful paved trail along the Susquehanna . Meet 9:00 AM for a 9:15 departure. Pace will be 11-12 - helmets required, always recommended to bring hydration, snacks, and an extra tube. Rest stops as necessary. Did I mention no hills ?
