A beautiful morning is predicted; let's get a little workout on the "Manada Loop ".
Depart from 5 Bridges Fitness at 10:00 am, ride out to Manada Bottom to Rt 443 to the river and back up Linglestown.
Pace: 12 - 14 (or faster IF all want a faster pace).
No one maintaining at least 12 mph will be dropped.
