American Cancer Society - PA Hope Ride

Published on 2/12/2020

The American Cancer Society’s PA Hope Ride is a two-day or one-day cycling event through the PA countryside, taking place June 27-28 of 2020. The ride starts and finishes at the American Cancer Society Hershey Hope Lodge, a home away from home where cancer patients coming to the area for treatment can stay at no cost for however long they need.

Cyclists doing the two-day ride will begin on Saturday the 27th and ride 75 or 100 miles to Kutztown University. After an overnight at Kutztown, they will ride 75 miles back to the Hope Lodge on Sunday. Our one-day riders will begin on Sunday and can choose to ride 30 or 62 miles, meeting up with two-day riders for a celebration at the finish line. The ride is fully supported, and all meals are included, as well as a kick-off dinner the Friday before. We ask that riders support the fight against cancer by fundraising $300 to ride for 2 days and $200 to ride one day. It is truly a fantastic group of riders that participate each year and we hope you ride with us!
