Seeking Coordinators for the 2020 Three Creek Century
The Three Creek Century is the largest source of funding for the Harrisburg Bicycle Club. Help is needed from members like YOU to plan and coordinate the 2020 ride.
Registration Coordinator: Ann Hammond is resigning from this position after doing a great job of handling a record number of registrants. We are seeking a replacement for her. The Registration Coordinator job entails setting up the online registration program (we have used Eventbrite in the past), manually entering paper registrations, and overseeing the registration desk the day of the Century.
Route Coordinator: Terry Drachbar has created some beautiful routes for us to use, but has asked to be replaced as Route Coordinator. The job entails making any changes to the routes that are necessary due to construction or other reasons, getting the routes marked, placing signs and editing the cue sheets. This job can be shared with a Co-coordinator, since it’s a big job for just one person.
Public Relations: Marilyn Chastek has been handling the PR duties, but is moving into the Committee Co-chair position. The PR Coordinator works with the printer to create and distribute brochures and postcards, post Century information to social, media, update the Three Creek Century website and Spokesman articles, and send news releases to local media and other groups.
