HBC Picnic
Over 70 people attended this year’s HBC picnic on July 14 at Fort Hunter. Some rode before the meal was served and some came just for the picnic, but everyone had a good time connecting up with friends. And thanks to all who brought such delicious side dishes and desserts.
As requested, many people wore their HBC jerseys from years past. We saw 4 different designs ranging for the 1970’s to the present.
We owe a special thanks to Dave Young and his assistant chef, Dave Moyer for handling all the cooking and meal prep. Marilyn Chastek also assisted with PR, set-up and purchasing,
Our ride leaders also deserve a big thank you. Fifty people enjoyed the morning rides.
