What is this?
This ride features a climb up Moonshine and the winding and twisting descent down Ridge road to 443 and then out through a Swatara Park Trail to the Monroe Valley. We loop north and East of Fredericksburg, spinning into Jonestown from the East and then south to Syner Road from Cold Springs Road.

It is a C+ ride. There will be a mid ride step, and other stops as needed.

There will a be a few busy areas, but this is ride is very rural, hilly, rolling with some flat stretches and it covers a lot of area. RWGPS shows short of 2,900', but we know our recordings will show more. We've done this popular and longer route each of the last three years. This route as the others has variances that make it unique. A cool thing is that, absent flats and mechanical issues, we should be back before noon.

The route - https://ridewithgps.com/routes/40751601
