Looks like another warm day, so we&#39;ll depart at 8:00 a.m. for this 30 mile ride over gentle terrain. I&#39;ve included an ice cream stop at Oak Grove Farm Market near the end of the ride for those with a hankering for something cool and refreshing, but of course you can always choose fresh fruit, veggies, a beverage or bakery items instead.
