Hershey Briarcrest Square: 6:00 PM. Ride Classification: C: Casual - – For the casual group cyclist who wants to socialize but likes some distance. Generally flat to hilly terrain. Average speed 11-13 mph, slow easy pace on hills, with distances 15 – 30 miles. Stops about every 10 miles. No rider is dropped.
Route for tonight will be about 22 miles out and back with an option to turn around before the midway point depending on our timing with the daylight remaining. There is one part of the route that involves a short traverse on grass. This route is a mix of trails and roads.
